The Story That Started It All
It was a simple Christmas gift: a kitchen sponge. Given to our founder, by a male colleague on her squad. A harmless joke? Maybe. But it was also a reminder of the uphill battle women face in professions traditionally dominated by men—a battle to be seen as equals, not stereotypes.

That sponge wasn’t just a gift. It was a spark. A spark to create something that celebrates the strength, grit, and resilience of women who break barriers every single day in law enforcement, firefighting, EMS, and beyond.
